Your Harbor Energy Consultant will walk you through your report identifying all the major energy and comfort deficiencies in your home. A master plan is then developed for making the most cost effective investments to improve comfort, reduce energy costs, and lower your impact on the environment.
3. Complete Energy Saving Improvements
Once a customized course of action is developed, a scope of work and budget are created. At that point, a Harbor Energy Consulting installation crew can begin the improvements to make your home more efficient an comfortable.
4. Follow Up Test and Incentive Program Assistance
Once work has been completed Harbor Energy Consulting will perform a Test-Out to insure that all completed work has improved the energy efficiency of the home as suggested. Upon completion of the Test-Out, your Harbor Energy Consultant will guide you through the detailed process of acquiring all available Federal and State Government Rebates as well as local utility rebates.
